EXORCISM - In a Familly Home

Bought a new home and got it surveyed, had ideas for it, mortgaged it and then put the contracts through thinking it was Yours.

Warning No one thinks about whether or not you've got other visitors, bet its the Last thing on your mind.
Funny But that's what every couple buying Thinks....But THINK AGAIN.

Moving in to a new home just built for your purposes is a fantastic feeling, whether small or large its everything. You move in you decorate and settle in to your home.

Funny how some one left the tap running all night, the back door was left wide open once, light bulbs blow, arguements for no reason and who left the fridge door open as that accounted for the smell.....

But its now over a year and the lady owner finally cracks one night saying she felt touched and heard some one call her. She was really fed up with things moving around the home, never how she puts them and its as though someone else is tidying up.

Even the man of the house has to admit there are too many funny things going on. He remembered a neighbour saying how the workmen kept argueing over who was moving the stuff around, blaming each other. He wondered if a friend they knew might help, he was a spiritualist developing at a church and maybe he could explain. They thought this a stupid idea but he was a friend.

He came and everyone got a shock, he wasn't sure but could there be a spirit here in the new home. A day or so later We got a call, the familly friend knew of us and asked if we could help. We arrived on a beautiful sunday afternoon to Grand looking house, met by a couple who from his reaction defiantly thought we were odd. In we went and at first nothing.

I decided to walk the grounds not massive but enough, I heard the call for tea and came in and said hello to thier daughter. Then I realised this was our friend 'the ghost', she had greeted me and I was obliged to followed her. Of course I explained to everyone we were going to tour the home.

The lady remained tight lipped about her name but told me of her dog, who she was very fond of was buried in the back just over the back wall in his favourite field. She continued that a property had existed before here but was small with a group of apple trees as the side garden. But asked why had they destroyed them all along with the property it had upset her seeing this. So we explained.

She went into great detail on how messy this couple are and then astounded us all. She told me the New lady was terrible at keeping her familly grave up to date. This familly lived over 100 miles away from her familly graves, but she went on to say her mom didn't like the noise she made when tending the grave - a sort of humming. Now this shocked our new tennant as she said she was nervous around the graves and often hummed to releive the tension.

This lady spirit was defianatly upset at this home but understood that these were the new owners. She went on to tell us about her own familly and the village life here, but warned us all not to use foul language. She was strict about this.

She explained some of the things she'd done in the home, new to me but to the familly were evidence she was around. She'd been called back to the property because of a ring found by a workman, it was hers and she thought she'd lost it. Glad to say the workman had kept it (we rang them too see if this was true), he gladly said we could have it back. We duly did and buried it at the bottom of the garden were she used to watch the river and fields below.

So what of the lady spirit.
A happy end glad to say as we kindly asked her to kindly leave the family alone, but they agreed she'd obviously loved the place so if she wanted to stay it was OK. Which initially she did, but on burying the ring all traces of her so far have dissapeared.

Who knows may be she'll return, but what is funny was no one expected a new home to have ghosts. More surprisingly is the fact that you NEVER notice the little things as clues to one existing and living with you. . .
