The Heugh Gun Battlement on the - 'the Ancient Headland', Hartlepool
Your Pics and comments on the Heugh Gun Battery
Its real name is the Heugh (pronounced Yuff) Battery.
A bleak place now standing as it was left after the war, it is now under the control and restoration of the Heugh Gun Battery Trust Ltd.
At the moment being used by the Living History Society to educate visitors and young of the sites Historic importance.
It attracts 1,750 visitors on open days throughout the year and is under development to become a museum & visitors centre.
Below are pictures taken during the viduals in the Battery. Taken by visitors whilst the visit lasted.
1st viduals and images taken
A Night vidual with a small test group, not only shook all taking part but some very important information came through.
Whilst there the group managed to last only four hours before having to emerge from the tunnels.
Candle light the only means of light allowed in the tunnels. Amongst the activity where voices, foot steps and two loud bangs.
2nd viduals left image taken using night vision. Right image shows the line up at the parade 16th December 2004
This group found the smells and sounds too much. With a freezing atmosphere metallic sounds and candles blowing out
(these underground tunnels have no air movements),
the final decision to leave was an almighty bang followed by no light.
3rd visit
Here is a Day Time Orb, rare to say the least.
The time was approx 1 pm in the afternoon and the shot was just a general one taken for fun.
Interestingly the night before a group had heard noises and activity in this little court yard.
3rd vidual, Ralph explaining what's happening (and posing).
3rd vidual, during a talk board experiment sudden spirit activity forces a break, unknown to us all orb activity was around.
3rd vidual, Nikki explaining how she doesn't scare easily (NOT !)..even with a spirit present. The right pic shows two odd shaped orbs and on the floor spirit entities taking shape.
3rd vidual, here the left picture shows how dark it is in the bunker. The right shows an experiment with a silver cross to see if it moves (It did !).
